Care90 is a publishing line of ProMeNow. This policy explains what we collect when you ask for the free First 7 Calls planner or sign up for Care90 emails, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately small: we only ask for what we need to send you the planner and a few helpful follow-ups.
What we collect
- Email address — to send the planner and the follow-up emails you asked for.
- First name (optional) — only to address emails to you.
- Consent and basic signup details — the date, source, and the consent you gave, so we can show your subscription was opt-in.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any medical, diagnosis, legal, financial, insurance, or other sensitive personal details. Care90 is an organizing guide, not a place to store that information.
How we use it
We use your email and name only to deliver the planner, send the related Care90 follow-up sequence about organizing the first weeks after a parent's diagnosis, and occasionally share relevant Care90 updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Legal basis
We email you on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Who processes your data
We send and manage email through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), our email service provider, acting as a processor on our behalf. Your contact details are stored in Brevo's systems for that purpose. Brevo's own privacy practices are described on its website.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email — it takes effect immediately.
- Access, correct, or delete your data by emailing us at promenow0@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from active sending, retaining only what we must to honor your unsubscribe request.
Analytics
We do not currently run website analytics. If we add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics in future, we will update this page first.
Cookies
Our pages are static. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. The signup form is provided by Brevo and may set cookies needed for the form to function.
Children
Care90 is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
