You became the family’s point person without a vote. Care90 gives you the system so it doesn’t all live in your head.
The Care90 System · Book One
A calm, practical 90-day organizing plan for adult children and families right after a parent’s dementia or serious diagnosis. No medical advice, no guilt, no 400-page textbook — just a place for the next right thing to land.
Available on Amazon — Kindle & paperback. Or start today with the free First 7 Calls planner.
The first week
If you’re reading this, you’re probably in some version of that parked car after the appointment — engine off, phone lighting up, a folded sheet of paper you half remember being handed on the seat beside you. Underneath the noise there are usually four quiet fears.
You are not going to solve the illness this week. You can build a place for the next right thing to land.
That is the whole job of the first week. Not a perfect plan — a place to put things, so a new fact stops being a crisis and becomes just an entry. Care90 walks you through it, one calm step at a time.
The 90-day map
Not the full plan — just where the next ninety days are headed. Start wherever you are: one call, one appointment, one week at a time.
Stabilize the immediate days. Gather the paperwork into one place. Schedule the calls and appointments that cannot wait — and write down the questions you don’t want to forget.
Set up one care binder. Make the early calls without starting from zero each time. Prepare for appointments so they count twice. Give family specific jobs, not vague worry.
Turn paperwork into a queue. Search for help without becoming a procurement department. Run the Weekly Sweep to spot open loops and decide what to ask, file, or follow up on next.
Set boundaries that hold. Review what is working and adjust. Prepare calmly for the next stage.
What’s inside
Each chapter ends with a card you can keep. The back of the book holds the full Toolkit — worksheets, call scripts, and one-page organizers for notes, paperwork, and questions (not clinical tools) — plus Common Cases that point you to the right starting place for five real situations.
Print & keep
Every copy includes the full Caregiver Toolkit — the twelve tools, the Cheat Deck, and five common-case quick-starts as print-and-keep worksheets, call scripts, and one-page organizers. Print the page you need, write on it, and build the care binder one page at a time.
Included in every copy of the book — Kindle & paperback on Amazon.

Questions
No. Care90 is a practical organizer — it helps you structure information, prepare for appointments, and ask better questions. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or insurance advice. For those, speak with a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
No. You do not need to buy an app or a subscription to use it — the book works with the tools you already have, and it shows where something like ChatGPT can help: drafting a phone call, or turning a confusing bill into questions for the billing office.
Yes. Care90 is built for the first 90 days after a parent’s serious diagnosis. Dementia is one example it follows, but the system — paperwork, appointments, questions, and family coordination — applies broadly.
Twelve chapters, each ending in a card you can keep, plus the full Caregiver Toolkit in the back: twelve printable worksheets, a Cheat Deck with one card per chapter, and five common-case quick-starts.
